Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is most well-known for her role as Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward - a teen drama comedy television show. Tarlov was the first of two daughters, born and raised by her parents in Manhattan. In a Little Red School House performance of Bye Bye Birdie she played in the role of Mrs. Peterson. She was a very popular actress among a group 7th graders. The summer she studied at NYU Tisch and Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College gave her training in various acting styles. The Atlantic Theater Company also taught her, as she learned to to incorporate writing into her performance in the LAByrinth Theater Masters Class. Molly traded in her black winter coat to get a pair of black sunglasses and headed to Los Angeles. Her parents were very impressed when she landed a role of three words on iCarly. Since then, she has been on TV in a variety of roles. She also created the character of Caitlin on Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly is a pro basketball athlete who believes she's more talented than she actually is. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
